Copycat Italian Dressing Mix Recipe
Makes enough dry mix for about four batches of dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ⅛ teaspoon celery seed
- 2 Tablespoons sea salt or Kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

To make a batch of salad dressing:
¼ cup cider vinegar
⅔ cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons dry mix Mix all wet ingredients with 2 tablespoons of dry mix in a lidded jar. Shake well. Let sit for at least 30 minutes for dry ingredients to rehydrate. Shake before serving.
