- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk

- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
